Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm trying to spread information about CS all around me. I appreciate the idea of CS trying to help other CS during the stay in my neighbourhood.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first exoerience was in Dagestan. We were advised not to go there because of the unstable political situation, but thanks to guys I met in Makhachkala I fell in love in Caucasus and I do want to go there back.

Interests

-hiking, trekking, a bit climbing
-love cooking, both some Polish traditional dishes and some new experimental meals which take a bit from all parts of the world. & recently I'm trying to learn sth about food and wines matching
-love swimming (but it doesn't mean that i'm a professionalist in that field;))
-every day I find something new to be interested in, unfortunately mostly it's only flash in the pan.

Music, Movies, and Books

Spanish and Serbian movies (my favourite diredtors are Almodovar and Kusturica), and others european productions (especially Czech).
In case of Hollywood stuff I like Fincher's work.

Last time, thanks to my brother I discovered Akunin's criminals. I'm going to try to read them in original.
And I love the sense of humoure in Cejrowski's books (for non-Polish he's one of the Polish famous contemporary travellers, whose destination is South America. plus he's a very controversial man).

Love Polish music, but in fact can listen to anything that does not harm my ears. Lately fell in love with Smolik.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 weeks in China at cultural and language programme - a true eye-opener to Asian culture;
I blacked out while bungee jumping ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Polish and basic Russian. Try to teach you cooking:) and I'm open to learn everything which,after first 'meet' I'll find interesting.
