ABOUT ME

I'm a gap year student, taking time off to do my own thing before (more!) studying in London. Have split time between Paris and London so far for the year.

Me and my good friend are off to New York City from mid-June until the end of August! Its really a dream of ours to live in the Big City.

Get out there and explore, meet the most interesting people, contantly look for things that may make you look at things from a different angle, always be open to new experiences and ideas... this is the morning of our lives!

I'm a BIG music lover, I have a wide wide wide ranging and eclectic taste. And i'm very passionate about live music! Bebop, Blues, Rock & Roll, Shoegaze, Punk, Alternative, Rockabilly, Folk, Old School Hip-Hop, Country, Classical, Experimental, Psychedelic..... and more! And absolutely love the New York music scene, from different generations.

I love reading too. Jack Kerouac, Hunter Thompson, James Joyce, Jack London, William Burroughs, Anton Chekhov, F Scott Fitzgerald, Victor Hugo, Steinbeck, Faulkner, Lawrence, Greene, Thoreau, Wilde, Kafka...

And I seem to spend far too much time watching films..! Coen Brothers, Francois Truffaut, Jean-Luc Godard, Hitchcock, Pedro Almodovar, Hawks, Lynch, Scorsese, Kar-Wai, Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Van Sant, Kubrick, John Ford, Woody Allen (a real hero of mine), Fellini, De Palma, Kazan, Lumet, Nicholls, Renoir, Hopper, Gilliam...

I enjoy sport too - football (sorry soccer! must get used to that..) and i'm open to being introduced to the joys of American Football, Baseball etc!
