Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host, surf and visit weekly CS gatherings and events in Munich. For my video projects, I even invite CouchSurfers to participate – with great success!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted Yutaka, a friend from Japan, for two days! Which was a great experience!!! I can recommend everybody to also host travellers, because it is really fun and enjoyable!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have made some really nice experiences with CouchSurfers who first participated in my video projects and later became true friends.
I am sure my new mission will be as exciting and adventurous as my movie projects!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: European cooking, movie making, computers (both PC & Mac addicts ;)), languages (English, German, Spanish)

Learning: Languages (Japanese), local culture (for Japan, e.g. calligraphy, ikebana, Zen, kimono fitting), opinions and reactions of the movie audience, local cooking, tying my shoelaces. ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to talk about cultural differences and how to benefit from it!
For my hosts I will cook a European style dinner, so that they get an idea of our cuisine! ;)
