ABOUT ME

I am a healer, teacher/student, guide with all that I engage.
I have a desire to see & experience the beautiful gaia globe to feel
satisfied in living life to the fullest potential. I am grateful for this website to allow more ease in contributing to conscious community.
I appreciate learning on many levels, mostly experiential.
I believe life is a playground, using tools like our mind, body, heart
to express our unique soul as spirit beings.
A former gymnast, I celebrate spirit through the body on many levels...
I wonder if we all lived out our dreams consciously (awareness of intention & impact), how creatively amazing would life on earth be...

PHILOSOPHY

I believe we are all one huge spirit of love (AGAPE) energy beings
experiencing life in time & space reality like a disco ball is one unit,
and all the facets that give dimentions of many perspectives is each of us
shining on sharing our glow/reflection/contribution to live, live, live...sustainably practicing the gifting economy of appreciation...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Nepal with a group of us 13 women desiring to see the range of the Himalayas by charter plane. The sky was overcast, preventing the plane to go up...So I went around the small domestic terminal (about 100 people present) requesting each person in their own language to sing
"You Are My Sunshine..." With that level of amplification of all 100 of us resonating the intention you are my sunshine, the sun came out from behind the pressure built clouds so we may go up in the plane...
We did! Then after we saw the amazing wonder of mountain peaks from the sky, the clouds came over the sun as we landed...
I am a true believer in setting intentions to create changes in the world, as a numbers in mass game, so the more we are in alignment,
the greater the momentum & faster the result of creating change...

I enjoy teaching what I've recently learned to share the experience...
I believe that reality is what is experienced at the mind, body, heart, soul & spirit levels (with varying degrees of alignment).
I believe that the truth happens when more than one energy being shares your reality on an amplifying or canceling level...
I believe whatever we think on the inside reality/world, especially if it's repeated into a belief/pattern/program, that is what we creatively contribute to the outside reality/world.
My intention is to model & inspire conscious choice in living life as a celebration with understanding, compassion, and forgiveness.
