About Me

ABOUT ME

I’m a curious and open-minded person. I love so many things, one of my biggest regret is to doesn't have enough time to do everything!
I was born in Lyon, but I live in Paris for 10 years now... So I'm half parisienne/half lyonnaise (my friends from Lyon would kill me for saying that) :D

Two years ago, I decided to start over : I quit job/boyfriend and did a makeup school in Paris (one of my biggest passion). And finally, I decided to quit my home to come in Australia for one year with my bestfriend Adeline.

PHILOSOPHY
Learning by doing. Keep trying. I prefer to enjoy my life by trying everything I could, even if it's a mistake, than having regrets.

It sounds naive, but I don't understand how people can enjoy the present when they always think about the future. That's why I truly dislike to make big projects in my life, I enjoy to live "now" and to see where it goes. I'm completely incapable to see myself in five years and life is wayyyy too unpredictable to think about that :)

FAVOURITE QUOTES

"The real gravestone of the dead people is the heart of the living" - Jean Cocteau.
This quote is so true (and positive in a way) and helped me so much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's been a while that I haven't used Couchsurfing... I hosted and been hosted and I stopped for many years. It wasn't a good time in my life, but now I'm in Australia, so it's a good way to come back on CS!!
CS is really interesting to meet local people and discover all the little things about a culture/country... I'm always fascinated by how the internet can connect people everywhere (sometimes for the worst, but for the best as well!).
