ABOUT ME

Always open to meet new people to talk, do sports and take some photos with :) - and if you have a couch in a small city I would never have the idea of searching for, contact me :D I love going out of the beaten paths :P

I am a professional Photographer (here is my work : www.premiumparis.com ) from Paris, I made California my base and started a magazine here. I don't call California home but a base, since it's just the new place I'll fly from ;) I feel home both everywhere and nowhere.
As most couchsurfers, I love traveling and do it a lot. I love my work because it totally agree with this way of life ;)
Indeed, my job is very tough : I have to travel often in amazing places, eat delicious food I don't pay for at weddings, and watch beautiful men and women going around half naked ^_^ (ok, sometime, they wear designer clothes. Sometimes... :P).

Ok, joke aside, I love photography and art in general, but not only. If I am registered on CouchSurfing it's because I love discovering cultures (languages, food, history, etc.), through travels but also by meeting people. So while not traveling, I will love to meet people from everywhere, NOT excluding France ^_^

Also if you need a guide (with a portrait of yourself as a bonus :), don't hesitate to write me a private message :)

Note : le Francais est ma langue maternelle, donc ecrivez moi en Francais si le coeur vous en dit :) j'ecris principalement en anglais car c'est plus international et que je suis presque bilingue ;)

PHILOSOPHY

The core idea of my philosophy is that it's stupid to keep things for yourself, so I am pretty straight forward, while trying to be as diplomat as possible.

Try to enjoy the present while not forgetting about the consequences of our actions.

Life is not fair, and would love to contribute making life a little bit fairer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I welcomed over 100 guests in France, now I'm in California, I am still bouncing and mostly CANNOT host, but will whenever I have the chance !

I have several Photography Project about people around the world, that would show people in their environnement (house/appartement), but in a high-end photography way, not journlist-type of picture.
Basically, I want to make portraits of everybody that will host me during my trips :) and people I will host too ;) Hopefully my project named "the CouchSurfing Experience" will be successful and will help promote CS :) Especially in France where it's not that developed yet.

I can also give some photography tips ;) and share some recipe...

I want to be more involve in CS meetings in Paris :) So if you need help, don't hesitate !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Definitely, the craziest CS experience I had was in Italy with Luca! I had both great and crazy times there, I was shooting a wedding for a CS friend of him, and ended up organizing the whole thing, and even did the DJ :P

I am interested in Photography and Art in general. I like to visit historical, ancient and wild places, as I love the beauty within this kind of spaces. That's why I love traveling!
I love doing sport with friends. My favorite sports : skydiving (58 jumps so far), ski, climbing, ultimate Frisbee, volley and beach volley.

But I also love modern world, especially new technologies, computers, etc. I am a bit of a geek actually ;)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I'ld rather talk about some really stupid things I've done in my life. Taking escalators in the wrong way, climbing on stairs instead of walking, bring fast food take-out in a real restaurant, and asked for kiwi-grapefruit juice.
I'm really proud of doing so stupid things, because it made me laugh, and some other people around too.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach photography, French and English (taught French to foreigner friends...), as well as cooking (french but not only).
I will also give awesome portraits to everybody that will provide couch / surf with me ! :)
