ABOUT ME

*Hi all! I've been swamped with surfing requests these days (avg. 9/day), and I hate to have to decline most of them. I am settling into a new job and traveling around myself, so It is unlikely I will be able to host you these days. PLEASE, request stays ahead of time! That's the only way I'll be able to accommodate you (min. 2 weeks ahead of time) ;)

I work at a minority-rights NGO in Prague as a coordinator of educational programming for kids from socially excluded families. I also teach English, dance and sing, and write my humble "feminism-translated" blog to re-articulate my beliefs in the new context I suddenly find myself in.

I've spent last 5 years living in 5 different places (In Bosnia, Kosovo, the US, Russia and occasionally also home, in the Czech r.), loving every second of it, but, after all, i like having somewhere to store all my boxes of photos and someone to show them too and take with me next time.

I am a traveller who gave preference to opportunities over roots and who now pays the price. I'm re-discovering my own city and people in it, so come and we can be foreigners here together.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in knowing nothing, i believe in respect and love and I've chosen uncertainty over illusions and incomplete explanations.

I've hosted and surfed before, as well as participated in the Prague Couchsurfing community events when I was here for a bit in 2011.
