About Me

CURRENT MISSION

One person can already make a change.
One strong team can move mountains.
Thats why I am Growing. Loving. Embracing and enjoying our life journey.

ABOUT ME
Claudia:
I'm a creative, fair-minded and honest person and like to care as much for myself as I do for others. By "growing up" ;) I found out that it's also wise to deal more with your own character than to care about other people's attitudes. I'm really into living a healthy & qualitative lifestyle, I don't smoke or drink & I'm not at all a "party-person"(although I really enjoy lovely evenings with friends/people & dinner, going to concerts and dancin...) The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is a vital part of my life and I love to work with my green/ethical/organic business. Currently very interested in waste-reduction, decluttering and fair-trade fashion.

Sascha:
I think I'm a very companionable guy, like discussions about any kind of topics, jamming together with people, making music (handpan, rav vast drum, guitar, percussions), going hiking, TRAIL running !!!!! reading a good book and enjoy the time when my first daughter is at our place. I'm a Nuad Thai Massage therapist, give concerts and love to manufacture instruments and get better in that.

We both strive to improve ourselves and our lives constantly since for us it is necessary to work on yourself and to always learn. Having been vegetarian for 8 years we grew into a bigger understanding of how we see food and where it comes from. So having an awareness for what we eat is more important than what we actually eat.... although we also think that everybody should be sensual to listen to his own body what it needs - and this might differ. We're always up for vegan inspirations and try to also focus on such a diet more and more.

PHILOSOPHY

Claudia: Currently I am building an international team in ethical, green business, especially helping woman and (stay at home) mums to develop an independent life. I am highly interested in personal growth, surrounding myself mostly with inspiring people to have a good and nurturing exchange. We are trying to live a sustainable life in many areas like food, work, fair wear, fresh bodycare etc... For many years I was spending a lot of time with yoga and it still is constantly changing my way of living what I highly appreciate. Awareness rises towards so many things that just influence your way positively. Besides the mission to not stop becoming a better person my philosophy is that "What you give to the world and people, will come back to you". Starter example: Try give a smile to a stranger once in a while :)
Sascha: love is in everything, it is upon you to see & find it
