About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am an ambassador and moderator in Chaing mai. I am extremely busy...sometimes. With that in mind pls read 'how i participate' before messaging me.

ABOUT ME

I've been living, hosting and organising CSing activities in Chiang Mai since late 2009. I own a cafe/bar here where the weekly Friday meeting are held.

Also under events on your CSing page!

So come and join us and say hi!

I created and organise a free language exchange in CM. It's has quickly grown beyond my imagination and out of control. If you want to teach your native language or learn a new one come and join us every Wednesday and Saturday night

I'm pretty chilled out guy. Life is easy don't worry don't stress. Complaining makes things worse. See something good in every situation or at least have a laugh.

That's me!

PHILOSOPHY

Laugh, seriously, laugh at youself you know you're funny. Walk with a bounce in your step, or a wag in you tail. Make up stories and emblish real ones. Surpise people. learn something new. Forget...if you have to. Smile at strangers, they notice. Do something nice just because you can. don't sweat the small stuff, or the big stuff for that matter. And on a bigger note start contributing to a better world, however you see it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was lucky enough when CSing was making new videos to promote the idea to be able to partisipate in the videos...check them out here...

Referencing:

in my opinion vouching is pretty useless in terms of operating as a security measure. So realistically the only thing we have is the referencing system. And it is most important when we are considering to let someone into our homes. In that regard I only leave references for people that have stayed with me (or I know very well). Because I don't want to read 20 references about how you met so and so at a pub and they seemed like a good person. Because that is useless information. Please don't be offened if you write me a reference and I don't leave one back. There is a reason.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just keep meeting awesome people!

People always offer to cook for me. Thailand has amazing food and it's everywhere, and i'm still finding new things to eat. and it's 25 baht!!!!! My home has nothing to cook with...well not much. So I think why do i need someone to cook for me. Now a couch request offering to clean the bathroom that would be something.
