Loving my life in Auckland New Zealand. I'm not in a position where I can host on a regular basis but am keen beans to share my country in other ways.

PHILOSOPHY

I aim to find the good, the beauty, or the humour in whatever life happens to put in my path. Often I think this can be found in the small details. You just have to look.

I participate socially by sharing my time, vehicle and other resources.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a new member and have yet to host or surf. I've been very active in the Auckland couch surfing social scene however.

Interests

Laughing aloud on an hourly basis. Sailing. Animals - big, small, slimey or fluffy. Conservation and NZ ecology. Music, music, music. Art, and a good pint of cider. I could go on, as I'm interested in finding enjoyment in whatever I can get my hands on. As for travelling, I have yet to embrace the possiblities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - all and sundry! My tastes generally swing to the alternative. I love live music, and dancing to anything with a bit of a up beat.
Movies - my tastes are fairly eclectic here too. The movies I have watched and loved recently were Breakfast at Tiffany's and Terminator.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Birth, death, love. A thunder storm over the calm summer sea. Waking up to find the world just outside my tent.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to know about our native flora and fauna I can surely teach you about that. I know some Maori language and culture. I am also a kiwi through and through and am talk about my country to the cows come home.
