COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I procrastinated leaving for college. A week before school started, housing was impossible, so I crashed on the couch of a friend of a friend who was already up there and had a place. It was an unforgettable experience.

Zainteresowania

Writing, poetry, traveling, the Morro Bay anarchy soccer league, music, and pretty much any outdoor activity that involves mountains or water. I am most recently interested in Gore Vidal, Radiolab, and the honey-booboo parody called "Precious Plum," a you-tube series that's so horrifying and grotesque that I can't look away. It's also funny as hell. Gore Vidal would be disgusted, you might be too.

I like funky music, rhythm and blues, folk- old go-to's are James Booker, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, stevie ray vaughan, Aretha Franklin, G. Love and special sauce, Tom Waits. Anything that moves me:)

I enjoy meeting writers, travelers, and every-day eccentrics. I like people with big ideas. I admire those who know exactly what they want to do with their lives, compartamentalize, and spend everyday working towards their goal without losing focus. As a person who is easily distracted and tries to do a million things at once, these types of people amaze me. I always learn a lot from them, though typically, we drive each other nuts.
