ABOUT ME

I am a lover of life. I enjoy meeting new people and feel that each breath I take gives me one more opportunity to move forward in life. I am vegetarian, I am deeply spiritual, I love yoga, I love helping others. I am an easy going person that does not take life too seriously... I feel that there is too much chaos in the world to feed into any of it.. keeping a positive attitude about life can help you move forward through some of the greatest challenges... Sharing in this world helps us to feel that "oneness" that is truly all around us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to share, to open up to others, to share stories. We as a society have become so closed off to the personal experience of life. Interacting with others, getting to share, and grow is a beautiful thing. This site allows for that style of community and sharing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love sappy sad movies, and I love movies that make you think. I read A LOT. Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Adyashanti, Kissing the Limitless, Make Magic of Your Life. I read a lot of books on spirituality, and love finding rare gems.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done some pretty amazing things in my life, and have truly been blessed. I've advocated for animal rights, gay rights, and social justice as a campaigner for some of the largest groups in the country. I grew up in Ecuador South America... spent 10 years in the Navy and traveled the world. I studied martial arts with grandmasters and have done yoga on beautiful beaches in my own back yard. Ive seen the healing power of intent, and have shared stories with the homeless. I am always looking for new experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga, so if anyone wants to learn I am more than welcome to teach, I am a Reiki Master and offer attunements and sessions to travelers or hosts, I love discussing spirituality, and can also show others how to connect to their own intuitive gifts. I can also give intuitive reading to others to help gain clarity on various life issues, guided meditations, personalized yoga classes, and I am vegan (and love cooking), tend to be more raw vegan myself and also love un-cooking. :-)
