About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To not, when I come to die, discover that I have not lived.

ABOUT ME

I'm a wanderer at heart and about as easy going as they come, it doesn't take much to make me satisfied. As far as I'm concerned, a new experience is a good experience, so I try to have lots of them. I'm all about shenanigans. My face usually consists of facial hair and a goofy smile.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to understand people so I listen to them, and I want to learn from the world so I try and pay attention to it. Then I just try and have fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed all around the USA and it was great. I host whenever my living situation allows for it, but it always changes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wonderful, I met some incredible people couchsurfing and I had infinitely more fun on my road trip than I would have if I had stayed at a hotel. It's great being able to hang out with locals who know what's what in their city and take you to all the best spots. There's really no other way to spend a vacation in my opinion. Everyone was so nice and trusting and I really stand by this website.

Interests

Doing the twist to oldies. Food from stands on the the side of the street. Psychedelic experiences. Wet feet on warm sand. Going really fast on a bike. Loud music. Silent landscapes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to noise punk, tropicália, and anything in between, especially if I can dance to it. The last three great books I read: The Savage Detectives by Roberto Bolaño, The Sun Also Rises by Hemmingway, Black Hole by Charles Burns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sun rise over Black Rock City

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about you and whatever you think is worth learning. Let's talk and share our experiences, let's say what really matters to us, let's share our cultures so we can understand the world better.
I always like to make a meal for my hosts if it works out, sharing food is sharing culture and sharing love!
