ABOUT ME

I'm a great believer in personal acquaintance...
However, if I needed to describe myself in a few words, I would say that I'm a dreamer (but a realistic one), both merry and nostalgic, childish and mature... (yes, I combine many other oppositions)

A friend once told me that I look at the world as if I've never seen it before. I thought, that's a nice compliment... Wait! I never have seen it before! What -- did everyone else get a preview? :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled with my sister to the UK and Ireland and we surfed a couch in: London, Cardiff, Oxford, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Dublin, Glasgow and Galway and I can highly recommend it, because even if I had been a little sceptical at the beginning, now I have to admit that we've had the time of our lives ...

MUSIC: well ... I listen to all kinds of music, from Edith Piaf and Etta James to Metallica and house music! Everybody deserves a chance, but not all of them a second one! :-) I definitely like: Snow Patrol (Damien Rice), Norah Jones, Patrica Kaas ... they just get the best out of me!

BOOKS: hmm, hard to say ... I read a lot, but only few books have really impressed me: The Picture of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde), Ensemble c'est tout (Anna Gavalda), Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen), LOTR (J.R.R. Tolkien), The Catcher in the Rye (J.D. Salinger) ...
