I've never been able to describe myself as usually people do. Too much contradictions and things waiting to be discovered. Anyway..for sure I can say I'm a passionate and experienced traveler who prefer staying close to the nature than buzzing city life. Since I've found out that the world doesn't end up around the corner I'm constantly looking for new and inspiring adventures, people and stories. Especially the last ones make me feel curious and keep moving. I'm much better listener than story-teller though.

When I need to be serious I work as a tour guide and English teacher. Graduated from cultural anthropology but not willing to stay on this field... however, they say it's a state of mind, not a working competence:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

All the initiatives like this let me think that the world is full of generosity and wonderful attitudes which cannot be measured with money. That's really spiritually enhancing that there are still people who are interested and care about the others not only their profits and incomes.

Interests

All kinds of books are generally good, as long as I feel like reading them. I'm really into documentary stories from different parts of the world. They not only give me an inspiration for my future trips but also teach that my perspective or habits are not the only one.

I really like yoga, but I definitely need more systematize practice. I enjoy cooking, hanging out with my friends and observing people but only when they don't realize this:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a variety of music genres, but among my favorite are: Chet Faker, Jose Gonzalez, Alt-J, Bonobo or Kate Bush. The same when it comes to books.. mostly Polish documentary writers.

My guilty-movie-pleasure is James Bond. Nothing compares to him!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to think that all me experiences are remarkable and unforgettable so it's hard to pick only one. I'm proud of the fact that I've successfully tried hitch-hiking, slept in the middle of the nowhere but under the beautiful sky, sailed in an open sea or enjoyed living abroad. All of that has made me exactly who I am.

Teach, Learn, Share

My biggest issue is that I don't have any skills which could be shared with the others:) No instruments, extraordinary abilities or something really unique. But, I can do my best and introduce you to all the things I know or experienced, listen to you and offer my advice.

I also know how to pack everything in a very, very small baggage.
