ABOUT ME

My name is Carey Murdock. I’m originally from North Augusta, SC and my music owes so much to that area and my fair Augusta, GA. I have an apartment in Nashville, TN now and I spend most of my time between Music City and cities on the road playing my music for amazing people!

I'm currently traveling... in fact I make my living on the road. But I love what I do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had the privilege of surfing across the US while playing music. I've met the coolest people and its been great to maintain friendships with them. Couchsurfing is its own thing for sure. I love how it brings people together who otherwise wouldn't have met!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

it was cool to be in St Louis in 2009 for All star baseball weekend... I was in town playing a show... I had a night free and caught Sheryl Crow and Elvis Costello giving a concert under the Gateway Arch that ended with fireworks shot over the Mississippi. Cool night.

I've had the pleasure of working at the Augusta National Golf Club for many months

playing music and entertaining people has brought me hundreds of great experiences and stories.

I've gotten to meet Stephen Stills, Vince Gill, Sharon Jones, and many other amazing artists. And so many of my dear friends who share the same occupation that I do - its a great feeling knowing that they will one day be household names.
