ABOUT ME

I did the backpacking thing oh so long ago, my kids are grown so can get finally get back on the road again.
Guess you could say my husband and I are one of those yin/yang couples.
Hes the kind, sensitive, serving type, me - well the no-nonsense, tell as it is kinda gal.
Hes at peace in the mountains, me the ocean.
Hes "a little big of country, I'm a little bit of Rock N Roll" I love to natter, him not so much. He likes fishing, me - well thats boring.
The list goes on and on but in the end we come together with our sense-of-humour, our love for people, travel and each other.

PHILOSOPHY

Every person was created equal and should be treated that way. I am pretty open to whatever a persons believes or life-style, that's up to them, in fact it makes life interesting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this, however I have been sleeping on peoples floors and vise versa for years. I even put a family of 5 up for 6 weeks and another time a family of 6 for 3 weeks while in transition, people thought I was nuts.

Interests

I love to travel of course, meet people, have a good natter over an odd glass of wine, and I love my backyard, one of the few places where there are trees in Fresno.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Along my travels and I have seen some amazing places, I have gone from staying at a coconut planation in a mansion to a mat on the floor with no running water. Thats the interesting thing about travelling and the people you meet along the way.
