About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy the Erasmus semester in Italy.

ABOUT ME

I think i'm a social and open-minded girl who likes to discover other cultures.
As i stayed in France for one year after finishing school and for one year during my studies, i'm more or less familiar to the french culture. Besides some travels to other european countries i went to Tanzania last summer which was an opportunity to get to know a culture that's really different of the german one. It was definitively a great experience.
In summer 2009 me and a friend went to Chile and Argentina for five weeks. We did couchsurfing for half of the time and we had such great moments.

I really like going out having a beer wirh some friends or stay out till next morning but i also like to invite friens at home or just stay at home, cooking and talking with my flatmates.

PHILOSOPHY

"The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." Saint Augustin

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couchsurfing for the first time with my former flatmate when we went to Brussels and it was a great experience. Two times we hosted someone at our flat in Saarbrücken, which was really nice too.
During a travel through Chile and Argentina in summer 2009 we had exclusively great experiences too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I listen to ska, reggae and rock music and really like to go to live concerts and festivals.
Films:
It's definitively for too long time that i haven't seen some new films. But some good ones i really liked are for example: Once, Juno, Je vais bien, ne t'en fais pas, Goodbye Lenin.
Books:
Same thing as for the films. The last books i read were french ones but it's for too long time that i haven't read a new book. I really appreciated the three books of Francois Lelord about "Hector" and "Ensemble c'est tout" by Anna Gavalda.
