Ufff, it’s always hard to describe oneself, isn’t it? I am open-minded, love to travel, love to get to know knew places and cultures. And I guess that is how the majority of Couchsurfing-members would describe themselves:-D.

Even though I am kind of a ‘beginner’ here,Couchsurfing seems to be great… I would love to show people the cute, little city of Hildesheim, even though there are probably more interesting cities in Germany:-D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had great CS experiences in Spain, both, while travelling on my own and with a friend. I very much hope to be the host myself.

Interests

Travelling, reading, nice conversations with a glas of wine, sports (Zumba, Volleyball), international politics, languages and cultures, watching good movies, listening to all kinds of music,eating good food (When I am in a restaurant I can never order the same dish that I already had. Always have to try knew meals and tastes), enjoying life….

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I have to give the stupid, boring answer: Almost everything, depends on my mood,the people Iam spending my time with, and depends on what I want to do in that moment...Lately, influenced by the time I spend there, I have a new passion for Uruguayan rock-music…La vela puerca, No te va a gustar etc.
Books:
There are just too many good books. Have to confess that I fall for historian novels. Not that awful kitsch stuff, but good novels that tell you how life was in the past. So interesting! Well, but I read everything that gets into my hands...
Movies:
The same, I like almost every genre. I like English comedy. A few good German movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have never seen the stars as amazing as at a beach in a Uruguayan village without electricity (a hippie village), far away from civilization. Having a paragliding- dive in the southern Argentinean mountains (Bariloche) was also an unforgettable thing I have done in my life. ...
