Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because that was the best and the fastest way to learn about humanity.

Interests

I love nature. I love water, and sand, and wind, and especially lying on grass and other horizontal surfaces, staring at the sky (or ceiling :)).
I love learning new skills (no edits below):

Right now (August 2009) I'd like to try surfing and sailing.

Right now (February 2010) I'd like to travel in order to meet Phds of Mathematics and Physics and read their favourite books and talk about them with them.

Right now (May 2010) I'd like to learn carpentry and engraving.

Right now (end of July 2010) I'd like to try windsurfing and find a job so that I don't need to go back to Poland. I'm in Ljubljana, out of nowhere, and it's great!

Right now (mid May 2017! it's been quite a while since I last used CS...) I can tell that I've already tried carpentry and I loved it! I made a wall organizer (board + shelf + key hooks).
And, surprisingly, there's nothing I now "want" to learn. I just DO whatever feels right for the moment.

In the past few months turned 30, started practicing improv (improvisational theatre) and screenwriting (I'm writing my first tv series script!) - they seem like new paths/ hobbies of mine for the next several months at least.

Besides, I work in IT industry, helping startups to make their dreams come true ;)

Right now (May 2022) I am balanced and mostly in harmony. I would like to learn more about permaculture and meet more natural building freaks :)

I was born, but definitely my mum helped me a lot in achieving that ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I may ask difficult questions, which may be turn out to be useful in the long run.

I can tell you how to start a startup, validate your business idea, tell you how to work on your business model.

I can show you what "improv" is and invite you to try doing it :)

I love playing music with other people and if you do, too, we definitely should do it together :)

I won't help you start hitchhiking, because even though I'm very experienced (almost 10 yrs of practice) I think of it as my personal experience, not something to be taught.

All I want from you is to open yourself every once in a while and not be afraid of making a real human connection (also - every once in a while is enough , I'm also sometimes very shy or needing a time for myself).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help you with any type of physical work around your place.

I think I understand others and know quite much about human psychology, relations and emotional wellbeing.
I can also help you draw a path to reaching your goals in an organised way!

I also like cooking very much and plenty of people love what I make, so I can also cook us some meal :)
