ABOUT ME

I am courteous, sincere, and full of laughter. I'm genuine, smile easily, and am quite self-reflective (probably irritatingly so, at times!). I love dogs, and wish I had the time to own one. 

I share an apartment near South Street in Philly with my brother, and teach History at a turnaround charter in North Philly. I love bad action flicks, walking through previously undiscovered (by me, at least) streets of Philly, and enjoying a glass of Malbec or Yuengling while chatting about Hamlet...or Monty Python, the front page of the Inquirer, or whatever other subjects come up. What else about me...I learned to drive stick 3 years ago and haven't looked back since, I've recently started watching "Dexter" and love it, and I'm certified to teach yoga (but nobody's crazy enough to pay me to teach it yet).

Wow,this seems like I'm writing a personal for an online dating site....5'9', brown eyes and hair, and I like long walks on the beach? (which I do, ironically) Etc etc etc. You get the point.

As far as films go, I prefer dumb action flicks (guilty pleasure), scifi, romantic comedies, indi flicks, whatever...I'm pretty open to most things.
