ABOUT ME

Hey this is Kay. I'm an ordinary Libra girl and Type 7 of enneagram - check out the books if you believed in Horoscope, cause I want to remain a sense of mystery to people :P (joking) I could describe myself as a spontaneous, open-minded, laid-back and easy-going person, sometimes I'd do the crazy stupid stuff though. Now I am working in a consulting company as an investigator, sounds interesting right? :D

I grew up in Hong Kong - small but amazing and fabulous cosmopolitan city, it's busy and crowded as always, surrounding by people, buildings and advertising boards, full of opportunities.....and gourmet! Attractive isn't it? Nevertheless, I like to escape from Hong Kong to refresh myself, instead of only reading books.

Travel is my biggest interest, I enrolled the working holiday scheme in Germany for one year, my journey was in the period from November 2009 until November 2010, mainly lived in Hamburg and Berlin.

Love the culture, historical backgrounds, architecture and artistic side of Europe, to leave my footprints in everywhere is my life time project.

Now I'm back to reality, currently living in Hong Kong and keep my life moving on, hope I can meet more interesting people via couchsurfing in my hometown as I did.

Looking for a new adventure to overcome! My next aim is travel in South America, now I'm working on my Spanish study. Hola Amigo!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Making new friends in different places on the globe(universal brotherhood eh?), I'd love to show you around my hometown. Share and learn through couchsurfing program, each moment possibly can be a precious experience, at the meanwhile this is a good way to satisfy my curiosity ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Awesome, uncountable & indescribable. I surfed many couches when I was traveling in Europe since 2009, it was incredibly memorable that I have had the opportunities to meet with the locals, they brought me to somewhere which is worth visiting in the local's way, heard many inspirational stories and knowledge from them, didn't expect they treated me as well as their family, absolutely exclusive and priceless. Those things made my journey to be more meaningful, not like your average travel book, it's real and reliable. That's why I'm totally crush on it and I'd like to keep this up.

I am a natural born traveler therefore I am, I have a passion in traveling, also visit the museums, architectures, galleries during the travel. Besides, I love photographing, watching movie, musical and gig.

Any kind of sport, currently working hard on Thai boxing, also like to D.I.Y. some little stuffs.

Interested in cooking but not very good at it. I would be pleased and delightful if you can teach me some more skills.

I always come up some crazy ideas trying to fulfill. Thinking about make a theme movie in my next journey.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Enrolled the working holiday scheme in Germany. Worked in there same as a local and be a backpacker traveled around those stunning cities in Europe for whole year, earn numerous friendships and memories.
What else I can expect more?

Hitchhiking in Germany from city to city in my round trip. I guess it might be the craziest thing I have ever done.

I have seen those unforgettable landscapes in Greek islands and Norway, totally breathtaking. Too many amazing things I have been through, I'm trying to memorize.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Share my happiness for sure ;) Giving my best to show you and share what about my hometown, what about me, what about any shitty thing, etc. I may teach you some simple greeting words in Chinese or whatever you want to learn (whether Cantonese or Mandarin) if you are interested. I can do Chinese cooking as well.

The things I want to know from host/couchsurfer, like their interesting stories, special travel experiences, cultural backgrounds and their language, or play games. Good if I could learn something from people's profession, willing to learn quickly like a sponge, haha.

I love to taking photos, I hope I could learn more. We may share if you also have the same interest.
