ABOUT ME

We are a married couple - both studetns in our soul (and for real..). We are living now in the most beautiful and magical city in the world - Jerusalem, and we both love to walk and explore new parts of this colorful place (and there are ALWAYS new parts). We love people, talks, laughs, interesting places and surroundings, and we both share the passion to travel...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The experiences are just getting fun from time to time :) we hosted CSs here in our place, and it's always fun to let someone go into your life, even if for 1 or 2 nights. There are always things to talk about.

Interests

I love History, especially European and Mid-East one.

I'm reading almost everything- books, newspapers and also the labels on Coca-Cola bottels..

I can travel for hours on markets, special streets and touristic sites.

I'm interested on things which connected to Medicine and Therapy, like Anatomy and OT.

I have an Hungarian roots so I can't stop myself from visit there, hanging out there, meet people from there and the desire to know everything about this country is still burning on my veins :)

Music - on its many kinds..Classic Rock, Israeli music, German bands, Instrumental world music - everything which I enjoy to listen to.

Music, Movies, and Books

"The Little Prince" is the most quoted book on my library, so you can guess that I LOVE it... I think it has a lot of wisdom in it.

Besides, I like the books of the Israeli Author David Grossman, and also narrative books about the period of the Renaissance.

I'm interested in music and open to hear new things- but likes especially Israeli Rock and Old Rock (like guns N roses, U2, Beatles etc), and World Music - especially Hungarian and Balkan.
I also like Jewish music and Klezmers :)

Leonard Choen has his place of honor on my CD's shelf.

At the TV and Cinema area- I really appreciate the works of Tarntino (Inglorious Bastards, Pulp Fiction) and Steven Spielberg (Band of brothers, Save private Ryan, Schindler's List etc), and shows of HBO.
I also like to watch the History channel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

3 am, in a couchsurfer's place in the middle of BP. he plays the piano amazinglly, I close my eyes, listen to the play and the rain which falls outside, and thinking about the great trip I just finished in Europe. Dreamy moment.

Brandenburg Gate, Berlin, Night. Many people around, windy, little bit cold. warm inside the heart.

Budapest, Hungary; the Buda side, on a high-hill, at night, seeing all the view of the chain-bridge and the city.. breathtaking moment.

Also Leonard Cohen's concert in Israel, with 10,000 people, the lights are turned-off and everybody singing together "Halleluja".
