ABOUT ME

Some lines on a web site on the net won't say much about me... least of all if I need to write them!
I'm a really nice person, after the time I spent in prison I realized... ja, ja. Just kidding.
I think that if I need to say something positive about me (otherwise, no one would ever host me) it would be that I'm really tolerant and flexible. I can easily make people like me and I tend to like almost everyone... as friends, of course, as friends. (I think people should focus on the rest of my profile... Go straight to references, please).

PHILOSOPHY

Intento cada día hacer algo o parar en medio del ritmo vertiginoso de la ciudad y sentir que estoy pasando un buen rato o que le estoy sacando algo de provecho a la vida.

I try to enjoy living as much as I can, though I sometimes get messed up with silly everyday issues...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate selfishly trying to meet people I might get along with... and fortunately it works. Not always, but it does.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of them positive and unforgetable.

Interests

Me gusta estar con amigos. Leer. Comer asado. Tomar mate. Mirar películas. Estudiar. Caminar bajo la lluvia. Escribir cliches. Decir boludeces.

Many. Reading. Writing. Watching TV. Going to the cinema alone. Dancing. Being with friends. Eating. Sunbathing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Roberto Arlt. Borges y Bioy. Música, de todo un poco. películas, muchas. Cine independiente o bodrios de joligud con los que me cuelgo. Depende del día y de mi estado de ánimo...
Amplío porque creo que este sector define bastante a la persona...
Beatles. Spinneta. Charly. The Beach Boys (sí, y qué?). Jamiroquai.
Películas, me gusta mucho Carlos Sorín. Jarmush.

I'll expand in English. I spent most on my time in Mexico reading Carlos Castaneda. It was fun and slightly bizarre for me to read his wroks while selling timeshare... I could never tell whether his description of reality and its different lyers or "worlds" where more incredible than mine...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Miré mi perfil y la cantidad de veces que lo habían visto era equivalente al año en que nací!!!!!! Ohhh!!! Un flash.

Many things, I guess.

I've taken a ride, while hitchhiking, with drug dealers. Really funny story...

I've met the CS ambassador in Rome and he's sent me a message saying hi. Toma!

Teach, Learn, Share

I think the most important thing that travelling has "taught" me is breaking with structures and conventions... there is not ONE way of living or doing things and whatever works for each of us is fine... we all know this, it sounds like a cliche, but I can swear that putting it into practice is harder than it looks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've used CS for a long time. Both as a host and as a surfer. I know basic rules of behaviour, such as: it's your place, you're kind enough to welcome me without knowing me, I owe you. It's your house, you decide what we do and when. I'll most likely visit the city during the whole day and then, if you have time, we'll do something together (including staying at home playing video games because you're tired, for instance). I've written to you to meet you. It's not your job to make me feel comfortable at your place, but it's mine to thank your hospitality.
