The past is a memory. The future is an expectation. Neither the past nor the future actually exist. There is simply eternal now... Experience the world now to it's full extent. Meet passionate people. Try unusual foods. Watch the sunrise and sunset from a different perspective. Learn a new language. Embrace a different culture. Have intense friendships that can last forever based on a mere brief, chance encounter. Be recipient to the incredible kindness of strangers and do the same to others. Surprise people and be ready to be suprised! What will happen today? Tomorrow? Next year? Next millenium? Next reincarnation? Who knows? But I'll live today knowing that it will be gone tomorrow. And do it with a smile.

90 day zen meditation retreat in Korea, skydiving from 12,000 ft over Lake Taupo, NZ ; Sunrise from cliffs on the east coast, Australia; 3 hour, 4 course meal in a pitch black restaurant in Berlin; sneaking up to the roof of the Waldorf Astoria with some people I met in the elevator at 3 am...

I teach yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises or breath awareness). I teach a yoga donation class 3 times a week in east Lawrence. Please join!

I love to cook with other people. Everyone has something to learn or to teach about cooking. I like to cook for and feed large groups of people.

I also like to dance with juggling sticks. It's all about movement and motion and balance.

I have practiced Zen meditation and have learned about many types of Buddhism if you're curious.

I'm interested in learning about Hinduism right now and also anything about Indian culture. Teach me!
