About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be enlightened, inspired, and enpassioned by those I meet along my world journey in life, to gain a knowledge and appreciation for a plethora of cultures around the globe, and to gain experience and wisdom in making the world a better place.

ABOUT ME

I am a 28 year old adventurist with a zeal for new experiences and learning new things. I am random and "slightly" sarcastic at times. Currently trying to self-teach myself how to play the guitar and Spanish. I love cooking, meeting new people, dancing, biking, sports, and MUSIC. Mmmmm, outdoors. In the past few years, I have gained a strong appreciation for the arts and enjoy dabbling in poetry. I focus every day on trying to make myself a better person. I am spiritual and try finding God in many ways.

I am a self-labeled PHJ (preppy, hippy, jock). I care about the world and the people in it. I am a vegetarian and sustainable-focused, doing the little things to try and help erase my footprint. I kinda get stoked about nutrition. :)

I've recently moved out to Boston for a job (if you like juice, you should talk to me) and am looking forward to some New England adventures. I want my motorcycle license, to learn to sail, and to hone my dance and guitar skills. :) If you can do any of these, let's hang out!!

PHILOSOPHY

Love yourself. Love others.
Practice what you preach.
Do everything you can for "your people."
Go all out. Don't do things half way.
Respect the world.
Offer your gifts and talents to others. Don't hesitate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am hoping to get to know the Boston area well enough so I can show visitors around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed Minnesota and Iowa, then took a month long excursion to Europe where I surfed most of my trip and met many awesome friends along the way that I hope to stay in touch with. I have so many random and exciting stories from the trip. I would recommend it to EVERYONE.
