ABOUT ME
I am a university student (in Economics and Political Science), and part-time traveler
Studying and involved in political activism, especially in human rights and social justice.
When not at school, I like to write, paint, play guitar, cook, and drink wine.
Sometimes I wear glasses.
I pretty much love music of all kind- folk, indie, rock, electronic, reggae, etc.
Interested in sustainability; when I grow up I would like to live in an eco-village in the mountains.
I enjoy dancing, dive bars, a good beer or caipirinha.
PHILOSOPHY
Existence > essence.
Your life is what you make of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Couchsurfed around the world for the first time 4 years ago and haven't stopped loving the CS world.
I've hosted in Montreal and still surfing around the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had numerous amazing couchsurfing experiences in my gap year before university and met some really special people. Now I'm trying to connect with like-minded travelers (and people in general!).
In short, AMAZING
Interests
Getting hopelessly and totally lost in a new city.
Hiking up a mountain for 6 hours then seeing the most glorious sunset.
Walking in Montreal's Plateau area.
Sitting in the sun.

Music, Movies, and Books
Yes, Yes, and Yes please!
folk, indie, rock, pop, world, electronic, reggae...
all and any kind of music.
Independent movies for the most part, zero-budget videos, thrillers featuring Matt Damon, and of course, cheesy romantic comedies
I read A LOT. Seriously.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Scuba diving in tropical waters.
Living in a village in rural Cambodia.
Eating fourteen banana pancakes in one sitting
Hiking up an active volcano.
Wandering around ancient Greek ruins.
Getting lost in Florence at night.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make four different meals out of a can of chickpeas, introduce you to hot yoga, extreme poutine eating, and thrift store hopping in Montreal.
