About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To HAVE FUN and see the world

ABOUT ME

I'm like everyone and anyone else on this site. I want to make the most of my time on earth, to meet as many people as possible and to see even more places. The adventure starts with me.

A few years ago now I traveled (and csurfed) in Europe, China and beautiful New Zealand, worked in Oz and traveled in Vietnam and Thailand - two fantastic countries with incredible people. I had the time of my life, did it all on my own and never regretted a moment.

I'm always planning travelling adventures. I can't seem to settle in one place, the curiosity is too much! Traveling and seeing different cultures is very important to me, and my experiences so far have truely changed my life.

PHILOSOPHY

You're alive. Do something.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always on the move so always the one looking for a couch, but when I have my own place I want to reciprocate and host for a bit :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couch-surfing in as many places as I can, in order to meet as many people and experience as many different ways of life as possible, which is what travelling is all about! So far I have loved every minute of it, from 4-wheel driving and outdoor living in Australia, to sheep-farming in New Zealand and zooming around Vietnam's biggest cities on the back of a tiny scooter!

Interests

Of course, I love travelling and meeting new people. There's always a new experience to be had when you're on the road. So far I've travelled across Europe which was an amazing experience. I met so many amazing people who I will remember for the rest of my life. Photography and the outdoors have taken over my life at the moment, and I can't get enough of any of either. I'm always happy to meet up with other outdoorsy creative folks in whatever city I'm in to adventure with.

Music, Movies, and Books

I live for Planet Earth. Next comes travel, photography and outdoor adventures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An amazing thing I've done is drop everything and jump on a plane to Europe, where I spent a month travelling with a very special friend of mine. We saw the sights and drank the cities, but we also let some incredible people into our lives. We spent a whole day with 3 complete strangers - one a local Hungarian who showed us around his home town, one a travelling Canadian and the other a wandering Aussie. We went to a lake to watch the sun set, ate giant amazing pizzas better than anything in Italy, watched Space Olympics and laughed until we cried, went rowing at midnight and sang our hearts out to Don't Stop Believing on an empty train platform in the rain next to a hungarian hobo, who could only laugh at us. My whole trip is comprised of little memories that make me smile everytime I remember them. The best thing about it is how I remember each place not by what we saw or how long we had travelled to get there, but by the people we met.

Teach, Learn, Share
