I like culture, connection, calm and chaos. I'm pretty mellow and like to soak up the atmosphere around me.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm shooting for a life, where connection, stability, creativity, travel and new experiences can all thrive simultaneously.

With regards to travel, I think the people you meet are just as important as where you're at. I'm much more about spending quality time strolling around somewhere than stretching myself too thin trying to see everything.

Some of my best memories are waking up in Germany and walking to the local market to buy fresh bread for breakfast. It's the little stuff that counts.

I am and always will be a work in progress.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted several people and have gone to a couple local couch surfing events. The experience has been tremendous, and I feel privileged to have met everyone I have thus far.

You'll never meet every single amazing person in this world, but this site gets you a little bit closer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up until early 2011, I had only hosted. But I finally did some surfing during my two months in Europe and even met up/stayed with friends that I had previously hosted in Los Angeles. It was phenomenal. The world is very small.

Interests

I prefer meaningful interactions with others as opposed to small talk and wandering through a new city or going camping as opposed to going on a cruise or lounging at a resort.

I enjoy live music, traveling anywhere, tennis, juggling, dive bars, art, hiking, camping, literature etc. There is probably not much of anything that I wouldn't be curious to try, or at least I'd entertain the idea.
