ABOUT ME

Well I'm me!
I love to travel and have been traveling on and off for the last 7 years. I believe traveling is the best education that anyone can have; it teaches you everything from the country that you are in, to the people, the world and all the different cultures, it also teaches you about who you are as an individual. When i travel, i like to find out and experience the "real" country.
Apart from traveling i also love spending time with my family and friends. I love to have fun and to set and achieve personal goals.
I believe life is for living; Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present

PHILOSOPHY

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances, you just have to live life to the fullest,so get out there and do it! Tell someone what they mean to you good or bad, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few CS's and i have been hosted. Right now i can offer members tips or advise on things to do on the countries i have been to or on my home country and anything else that i have learnt about traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some couch surfing experiences using this organisation and i have had a few of my own during some of my travels. Like living with an Egyptian family in a little farming village for 6 weeks, one of the best experiences i have had! I have made friends from all around the world and they have very kindly let me into their homes and i have returned the favor, some very happy times of my life :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, not a huge movie fan, but every now and then i enjoy chillen out and watching a good dvd. Music love mostly everything, just depends of my mood. Books, i like autobiographies and more of a non-fiction fan.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently studying Tour Guiding and tourism, so if anyone wants a local tour guide or tips let me know. I have completed my cert III in ESL English teaching, so if there is anyone out there who is wanting to improve their English skills as a second language i would be happy to help. I would also love to learn other languages, i know a little Arabic and a tiny amount of Spanish and Turkish, but the more the merrier!
