About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finding myself

ABOUT ME

Typical ABC but holding on to traditions. Been in Shanghai for 10+ years. Can call me a veteran.

I was born in the US and parents are Taiwanese. I moved to China when I was 10. Hong Kong in 1996, Beijing in 1998, Shanghai in 2000 and back to the US for college in 2004. Now I am situated in Los Angeles.

Faced with friends coming and going it gets hard to make true friends. I have come here to make friends all over the world so I can always find someone somewhere.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Always open to meeting new people and talking about life experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I first came to LA before moving back for good, my friend introduced me a CSer. We ended up going to South Africa together.

Interests

I am a beach person more than a mountain person, if that says anything about me. Take me to a beach any day.
Like to play billiards (8 ball), sing K, relax at places, shopping, party, eating, anything basically.
A renaissance man.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hate horror movies, loves comedy.
Watches lots of TV shows (Mostly American ones, some Taiwan ones, Anime and some Japanese)
Not a book worm, but likes to read magazines

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bought a sports car. In two months accidentally destroyed it. I was a beginner.
Drove 80 mph, lost control of the car and flipped it 360 degrees from going from one side of the road to the opposite oncoming side. I came out of the car and pushed it off the free way meaning I was totally fine. I thank god for saving me. I owe him twice.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, France, Italy, Japan, Mongolia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, United States
