ABOUT ME

I'm an outgoing, adventurous sort of person with a passion for travel, writing, reading, yoga, love, and life. I grew up in Pennsylvania, and feel very connected to Lancaster, PA.

I am a busker for several years now, taking a portable typewriter to busy city intersections and writing poems on the spot for interested passerby. Pick a Subject, Get a Poem reads my sign at the foot of my desk. Each poem is tailored to the person who requests it.

A documentary has been doing the film festival circuit lately about my story, it's called A Place of Truth (aplaceoftruth.com) . It recently won Best Documentary at the Emerge film festival in Lewiston-Auburn, ME.

PHILOSOPHY

Live with passion, eat delicious food, say yes more than no, cycle very fast down giant hills; write what is in your heart, take a moment to breathe every day and connect with whatever is bigger than yourself. Know friends are always around the corner.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sat still in silence doing Vipassana meditation for ten days a few years ago. I skydived once.
