ABOUT ME

Still enjoy a nomad-type of life. Born and raised up in Kurdistan, Iraq. Spent three years in neighbouring countries, one year in Dubai. Arrived Europe as an asylum seeker/ refugee. I lived in Austria for more than 10 years where I studied, worked and eventually got Austrian-
EU citizenship. Recently moved to England. I cycle, climp & walk a lot. Interested in poetry & all genres of art. Above all, I'm skilful in cooking :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To host (to surf at), to take care of, to learn from, and above all to have fun with an unknown person is not a brilliant idea?!

The nomad-style of life and some aspects of Buddhism grab my attention.

Especially Jazz music, Iranian Traditional (Sufi) music.

Literary fiction/fantasy type of movies, e.g. ''Wild Flowers'' by F.A. Brabec, Psychological movies ''Four Minutes'' by Chris Kraus, feminist movies ''The Hours''.

I read a lot in Kurdish, Arabic & English.
