I'm a designer and artist from Los Angeles currently living between Detroit and LA. I spend a great deal of time on my creative practice, but always make time for opportunities to travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is one of my favorite things in life. There's different ways of doing it, and over the years I've experimented and tried it all. I find myself having the best time when staying with friends and experiencing a new place through the filter of a likeminded host and friend.

Interests

Design, art, cultures, history, politics and travel. I am an avid cook, knitter and music lover. My idea of fun is learning something new, trying something I've never tried, seeing something I've never seen. I enjoy wine and beer but generally not a big drinker or smoker.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly enjoy classic, foreign, and documentary films. My musical tastes vary widely, though I mostly listen to jazz, classical and world music.

I teach knitting - it's a lot like learning to tie shoe laces. I love cooking and use systems that are easy to teach. Let's cook together! Teach me anything I love learning.
