If the days you need a couch there's some NAME, CITY or OUT written means that we won't be able to host you because we got other Couch Surfers or because we are not in Barcelona (in that case DO NOT WRITE please). If there's nothing written means we're free.

I hope you understand. I recibe a lot of couch requests and I allways try to answer them all, but I realized that most of you ask for the same dates and it's just impossible to host everybody who's comming in Barcelona. So isn't it better for you and me to know if I'm able just before to ask??

And please, don't ask me for a couch like 2 months before, because this is a lot of time and I just won't know what to answer as I'm just not able to know what will be my life like at such a big period of time. Better ask one or three weeks before, it's easier.

The Centre of the world is a photographic project developed through Internet.

The main idea is to portrate all the people who comes to one determined point in the World, in that case my home in Barcelona. The objective is to portrate people from all the countries of the World and share their vision of Barcelona with their pictures and the portrates I take them.

To bring as many people as I can to "The Centre of the World" I use the servise Couch Surfing ofers www.couchsurfing.com
So I can get people from all the places and create movement in my "Centre".

The people who come to the "Centre" are portrated in a black blackground, are ask to choose an object they've been travelig with and show it some way to the camera. If they come in group they are also portrated toguether. The result are betwen nine or fivetheen diferent portrates for each person. Afterwoods they're ask to send a selection of ten pictures taken in Barcelona if they took.

In the web site you can see from where they come from, when did they come to the centre, their name and the object they choose for the portrates. And of course my pictures and their pictures.

As I sayd I hosted a lot, but I haven't had the chance to be host. I hope to do it soon. Couch surfing is amazing.

Definitely I'm interested in Art. I'm mainly a photographer and I enjoy and practice almost all the arts like photography, music, painting, cinema and writting.
