About Me

Since I was really young remember I enjoyed looking for an adventure, I used to love exploring my area of London, people's garden's, abandoned buildings etc.
I believe in showing respect, treating others as you'd want to be treated. I don't really like the phrase "Be happy" It seems a useless phrase which only makes you feel worse when times are hard. Don't get angry, get active would be a better one perhaps?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I can't host, but soon this will change and I'm looking forward to hosting people and showing them a bit of my part of London.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first couchsurfed in 2010, it really changed my outlook about how to travel and I can honestly say I have really had a fantastic and interesting time everywhere I have couchsurfed. It's not about a free place to stay, it's the opportunity to meet new people and create an unforgetable experience.

Interests

I love being outdoors, playing sports (not watching), , listening to music, eating interesting food, taking photos, having new experiences, meeting new people (an old of course :-) running, hiking, swimming, street art, reading... I've been getting really into meditation. I've been doing Yoga for many years but it's only recent;ly that I've been reading and getting really interested in the ideas behind meditation and Yoga.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've probably done quite a few things that were awesome. But seeing my newborn nephew on the day he was born was an experience unlike any other.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been working as an English teacher for over four years so I'd hope I could really help any English learner improve.
Apart from that I guess just sharing ideas, experiences and enthusiastic energy.
I'd love to learn so much it would be hard to know where to start. I'd love to learn more langauges, sports, music, ideas, music. So many things!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to help out and for sure am always happy to cook, help with any cleaning. But more generallyu I guess just sharing stories, a beer or two.... good vibes.

Countries I’ve Visited

Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Greece, Kenya, Netherlands, Panama, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Venezuela
