Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, just surfing and having coffee, but I would eventually like to host a couch!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed for one night in Brest, which was very fun. I also got to surf in Lyon, Strasbourg and Nimes, which were full of colorful experiences, some bad, mostly great, that I'll never forget. I look forward to surfing more and getting more experience meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

in films, I like la nouvelle vague (Malle, Melville, Godard), Akira Kurosawa, anime, and Alfred Hitchcock, among others. When reading, I like to read classics in French and English - there's so much to read; so little time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Burning Man, a hippy festival in the Black Rock desert, when I was 12. I like to give myself personal challenges that may not be very impressive to others, but that are very personally rewarding. For example, digging and creating a garden, learning to live a more simple life, trying to communicate in languages I don't really know...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English and some French! I can also teach Literature. I would love to learn Chinese (mandarin) and about Chinese literature!
