I enjoy people, though I also enjoy my own space. I enjoy travelling and meeting people from different countries, I think the world should be one and it is time to break barriers and get on a positive look at life. Peace can only happen if we make it happen in our own lives.

I have hosted people and showed people around Madrid, I have enjoyed both and hope to be able to do it in the future

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

when I travel I like staying at people´s houses, mainly friends. I also enjoy meeting people from other places and spending some time exchanging experiences.

Interests

nature, reading, going to the cinema, theatre and exhibitions. I enjoy bike riding though Madrid is not ready for that yet, I wish we had bikelanes. I like going to a beautiful house i have in the countryside and staying close to nature. I also like very much the sea and swimming. But what I really enjoy is being with nice people and getting to know each other and trusting them.

Music, Movies, and Books

as I am retired I have lots of time to watch movies, read and listen to music. I like good movies from many different countries and going to the theater and exhibitions. We are lucky in Madrid because there is a vast cultural offer where to pick from

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled as much as possible, I have raised two wonderful boys and have enjoyed my friends and family as much as possible. Now my children are gone and doing their lives and I have free space for nice travelers and good talkers.

Teach, Learn, Share

i can learn many things still, and I guess I can teach experiences, thoughts and insights. But I would rather call it sharing with others. A good conversation and walk around any city or beautiful location is always welcomed
