ABOUT ME

I'm a college student studying Psychology, Sociology, and Creative Writing (poetry writing) at UNC Chapel Hill. I work as a caseworker with newly-arrived refugee families and have experience as a state coordinator for Amnesty International, a life skills coach to teens with autism, a legal intern with the NAACP, and as a researcher on various projects relating to mental health and human rights. My dream is to work at the intersection of these fields as a writer, teacher, and advocate.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't believe I didn't hear about CS earlier. I haven't participated yet, but I'm planning to take a few trips this summer and will definitely be couch surfing. I'm so, so excited at the prospect of meeting some of the awesome people I've read about on this site.
