About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Try not to become a man of success but a man of value.

ABOUT ME

I've spent several years exploring the world through WWOOF, couchsurfing and hitchhiking before meeting my wife and starting a family in China. Now I have a whole family to adventure with.

PHILOSOPHY

“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.” – Tim Cahill

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At home, I would like to expose my children to different cultures and people while sharing some of the local flavour here.
I'd like to meet local couch surfers where we travel during our winter vacations. I think meeting locals and sharing a coffee is far more interesting than visiting tourist attractions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love this project! I've been a part of it for more than 15 years and though I haven't participated recently I look forward to meeting new people and families to make friends with.

Interests

I'm married with 2 amazing kids. We do a lot of fun stuff together.
When not running my small language school or spending time with my kids I like to run, play board games or just have a relaxing cup of coffee with friends.
