Hi,

My name is Iris, and grew up on a small organic farm in Eugene, OR.

Currently, I live in Portland, OR, working as a nutritionist and local foods chef with my company, Sol Food Nutrition, LLC, providing individualized nutrition counseling programs, cooking classes, and workshops, to the community and companies.
