CURRENT MISSION

That's the plan, rule the world, you and me, anyday.

ABOUT ME
Feel free to contact me if you want someone to show you Paris!

It happens that since my birth I've been travalling while never spending more than a few years in one place. For the last few years I live in Paris. Probably it won't be my final destination, though I'd love to return here when I get old. I love this city and my life here.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a growth, progress, developpement, changing. We live to communicate and exchange our expiriences. Everyone is interesting in his own way. Most of the time this way is worth to be found.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing, hosting and participating in communities. I'm also happy to meet people for a coffee/drink and show them Paris, some of my favourite places in this huge city.

I work quite a lot, but if ever I cannot spend some time with you, I'll try to give you some advices where to go and what to see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great!
After a long time, I can host again (ask me), but please, no more then 1 person, my flat is too small to host more then one guest).

I love to meet people and show them my beloved hidden corners of Paris. If you visit this city with me, probably I'll try to tell you as much random facts about it as I can :)

Surfing is a good way to meet extraordinary people.

Interests

Wide. I like to discover new things and new people. I believe that every human is a whole Universe. Couchsurfing is a great university which teachs us to expore these Universes.

I can tell that I love music and can't live without it. I'm a musical theater nerd ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnw4bnCEv-o ). I can share with you the best of french musicals: Starmania, Notre-Dame de Paris, Roméo et Juliette, Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, Les 10 commandements, les Enfants du Soleil etc. etc. Same for the Broadway and off-Broadway musicals. Wicked and Miss Saigon are in my personal top, sharing it with some smaller productions like "Island Song" by Carner and Gregor or "Songs for a new world" by Jason Robert Brown. Surely that's a tiny part of the music in my playlist. Please, share your music with me.

I'm trying to be a decent photographer, always looking for a inspiring things. Take a look at my instagram :

Feel free to follow and leave some comments :)

I'm interested in japanese culture and language, celtic music and danse, chinese tea-culture, foreign languages in general, photography, playing musical instruments and other (just ask ^^). I'm fond of singing and guitar playing (but it's always my friends playing; I can only listen). Often I have my recorder (type of flute) with me. I am an instagram addict and spend a lot of time taking photos. I love mythologie and unexpectedly - maths ^_^ And I can share with you some interesting facts and story about science, students and education. I also was a teacher of maths for a couple of years in Russia and in France.

I'm into various sports, especially badminton. Hopefully soon my level will allow me to participate in various amateur competitions around Europe. It would be a great opportunity to become a surfer again ^_^

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book is "Surely you're joking Mr. Feynmann" by Richard Feynmann. It's lively, funny and very interesting biography of a great man. I like reading in general and biographies in particular.

Music... Really lots of genres. Beatles, Nightwish, Queen, Céline Dion - these are only a few examples of the music in my playlist. I listen to different french, russian, chinese and japanese music, but also american, english, spanish, finnish and so on. My surfers have allowed me to discover some increadible musicians.

I love beautiful voices like the one of Bruno Pelletier or Celine Dion. I love calm music like the songs of Ally Kerr (irish singer). I love the energy of Franz Ferdinand and tenderness of Roxette. I love Adele and Mika. Songs of Pablo Alborán make me want to learn Spanish ^^

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've seen in my life was the union meeting of two girl, a French and an American, adopted separately in Korea just after their birth. They are twins who didn't know of the existence of each other till the French one found the American one in a Youtube video. It sounds like a fairy tail to me, but it's a true story. Take some time to read about it:

They have also written a book :
http://www.amazon.com/Separated-Birth-Story-Sisters-Reunited/dp/0399168168
And their documentary film "Twinsters" is available on Netflix.

The most amazing thing I've ever done... I can't choose. When I think about it, I see different people that I met through my life. It's just as the Doctor always say : You, people, are amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you maths. Easily =) Haha, nobody cares, I'm well aware :)
I can show you some basics of a chinese tea ceremony (but you should tell my to take my instruments and tea for it).

Since I take a lot of photos, I can give some technical advices, especially if you have a reflex camera. Or even take you for a shooting in Paris.
