I like beaches, basketball,old motorcycles, History, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Documentaries, rain, flying kites, swimming, cricket, painting, taking pictures, Anarchism, Dosa's, Edward Said, playing the guitar, sufjan stevens, dave matthews band, pretty girls, movies, beedis etc...

PHILOSOPHY

I dont think I have a philosophy by which live my life, I have been brought up well and therefore try and follow those priniciples in my day to day work..

I believe that in the absolute there is no "one answer" or "one path of being" and therefore one cannot judge another or preach to someone else. Each man carves his own path..

I host surfers as and when I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very good I'd say! I have met good fellows in all the places I have been to. One particular time was in Berlin when I did not have a place to stay and it was nearing half past 11. A couchsurfer called on my phone from a message I left on an emergency couch forum. I was going to sleep under a bridge that night!

Movies: The edge of heaven, Husbands and wives, V for Vendetta, Scent of a woman, (i cant remember... but I have watched far too many to pick only a few)

Books: a lot of non fiction... Ramachandra Guha, Rabindranath Tagore, Edward Said, Avi Shlaim, Bertrand Russell.

Music: I go through Music phases but I can listen and enjoy about everything..

I play some guitar but I doubt that can be taught in a few days.. I could teach you a quick Indian curry, give you some pointers about India that you wont find in a tourist book, share stories from my past of places seen and people encountered, invite you to India..
