About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to make a difference in the world, by eating organic food and care for the Earth .

ABOUT ME

I love people, cultures and gardens; growing veggies, herbs and flowers organically plus ponds for the wildlife. Cooking I have always been into the slow food movement and eat mainly organic food. I am a shamanic practitioner and healer/counsellor. World music and art house films, reading, walking, camping, photography, wildlife, and swimming are some of my passions. I prefer a slower pace to life, don't mind an occasional drink with a good conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

What you love is a sign from your higher self of the path you should follow in life.
"You cannot know your own perfection until you have honoured all those who were created like you"
A Course in Miracles.

Music, Movies, and Books

Art house and International movies.
World music, blues, rock, classical, all kinds of different music.
Autobiographical, some new age writing, anything that broadens my mind and understanding, of the planet and its people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled alone through Mexico, Peru and Equador with nothing but the Lonely Planet. Worked with Indigenous Shaman's in Ecuador and Peru. Travelled Australia for a year with my children so they could learn about their own country. Built my own rammed earth house and lived in a shed while we built it. Completed a 2 week live in Shaman workshop in the US.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn some more drumming techniques and rhythms.

Magnesium deficiency is common; it causes headaches, jumpy restless legs, cramps, restless sleep and can be a contributor to epileptic seizures.

A lack of boron in soils means that silica and calcium cannot be absorbed by plants and they are likely to be attacked by insects. Boron and gelatin prevents arthritic symptoms. You dab your fingertip into the boron and lick it and mix gelatin with water.

We can all learn to journey to our totem animal for information the technique is simple to learn and empowering.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Cambodia, Ecuador, Fiji, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Vanuatu, Viet Nam
