Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
World conquest. (Climbing Mt Elbrus is just as fine)
ABOUT ME
I am 29 now. I have spent the last 6 year in Denmark, travelled quite some (Nepal, and Tanzania was two quite noteworthy trip) but decided its highest time to prioritise personal life over career, and return home. Now I am living in Budapest. Yet I am terribly miss the buzz of travels, and international friends. Time to be really active in CS especially that by now I have a 2 room appartment and a very own guest coach arrives in matter of weeks. ;o) So a nice place overall, readz to acommodate zou travellers, between I show you (or let you discover yourselves) Budapest, or the MTB trails in the neighbouring hills.
PHILOSOPHY
Ever tried ever failed no matter, try again, fail again, fail better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Preferably host, and local meetings.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not much recently, earlier been a quest in Innsbruck and hosted two in Denmark, however I have been a part of an european student organization called BEST, and quite some time it happened that some member of another local group slept at my couch. It was quite beneficial since till hosting them I assumed Budapest is a dirty industrial town, and after guiding them I realized: wov I live in a beautiful tourist paradise.
However I have an advice as well: It can take quite some time to meet if the only information you get as a meeting point in a 2 million habitant town that in a Tourist Office near a McDonalds as it happened to me. (And none of us had mobiles.) However after several hour I managed to find my target.
Interests
Everything related to mountains. Unfortunately there is not much in Denmark. (This changed - kudo to Hungary) Though at least there is some nice MTB track in the woods - not much in hungary, but more hilly rocky terrain.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies? Kind of seen all in action genre, though they just a tool to pass some time when I am tired to do anything else. Music? everyting and nothing. Depending on my mood I listen to classical music, operas (anyone has a ticket to Bayreuth? ;o)) on the other end of the spectrum I listen to punk (NoFx or small hungarian garage bands(on some concert I was the only paying guest)) finally I listen to international electronic genres as well (Tiesto, Basshunter), I like hip-hop and eurovision songs as well.
So whatever kind of music you listen to if you are open minded you can realize we have something in common, while if you are narrow mided then find something you consider junk but I like listen to.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing Kilimanjaro, and almost climbing Mera Peak (I reached 6200m)
Teach, Learn, Share
Does CS and software security goes well together? I am more a learner type myself who just sucks in all kind of stories and information.
