About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to muddle through and get every bit of learning and laughter

ABOUT ME

Well, to summarise, I'm a curious person, that's it, I'm interested in a lot of topics, which I'll give details about later on.
Also, I'm not a very talkative one, so I may seem distant at first, but I think I have a lot of things to share with most of people.
And most important, I try to be honest with myself, follow my principles and not hurt anyone. All that in an easy-going way:)

PHILOSOPHY

Be tolerant and respectful with other people's ways and ideas.

Act according to your principles.

Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Laugh at yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I few meetings in Logroño, Barcelona and Coimbra.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I said before, I have participated in a few CS meetings, and I think it is a good opportunity to meet people who share the same interests, and also to know people with different points of view (who you are bound to learn more from).

Interests

A wide range, right now I'm trying to learn a bit about photography, philosophy and bike repair... I enjoy (good) literature (from Dostoievski to Delibes) and music, especially jazz and if it's possible live, and I also like doing sport although I don't as often as I would like.
I also like History and languages, mine and foreign ones. As I only speak one foreign language, I enjoy reading not translated books and watching films in English.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I have recently watched "Back to the Future I" and I remembered good old times. Apart from that, "Match Point", "Good night, good luck" and "Gran Torino" are among the best I've seen in the last few years.

Music: Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Bruce Springsteen, Crowded House, Dire Straits, Bach, Beethoven, ...

Books: Moby Dick, Crime and Punishment, Eugénie Grandet, The Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Age of Innocence, The Remains of the Day, El Quijote, Miguel Delibes, Quevedo, Hamlet, ... so many!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mmmm quite silly, but I once saw a cat being run over and dragged by a car about 20 m and then came out running, apparently sound and safe:)

Teach, Learn, Share

Pfff I know a bit about many things, but I don't think I master anything so as to teach others.

Countries I’ve Visited

Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
