ABOUT ME

I am a generous guy, curious, proud, demanding, and intense. I am well-grounded, easygoing and sincere, capable of making fun of myself. I can be stubborn but am always able to talk with tact. Sometimes, I need to be alone.

I survived my mid-life crisis. I work as a freelance writer for a magazine and as an information officer at the Montreal Botanical Garden. In recent years I have been involved in HIV prevention as an outreach worker in the gay community.

I try to live in the present and to live with the questions before looking for the answers. Live and let live.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to experiment and meet people. And after, speak about my experiences and then grow the network.

Je veux expérimenter et rencontrer des gens. Pour ensuite en parler et faire grandir le réseau.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience with Couchsurfing. I just discovered the project. A friend of mine mentioned it very enthusiastically after a trip to Europe.

Je n’ai pas d’expériences du Couchsurfing. Je découvre tout juste le projet. Un ami m’en a parlé avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme après avoir fait le tour de l’Europe.

Interests

Literature, writing, photography, running, gardening, circus arts. I love music and movies even though I know nothing about them. I’m interested in travel and developing social media. I like vegetarian food and sushi. I like meeting people, just for the pleasure of discovery.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I slept several nights in an igloo. I did a trapeze act in a show.
