I am a seafaring leo who loves long walks on the beach, rainforests and rainbows - i don't mind the rain either. I have a commitment to eating great vegan (sometimes vegetarian) food, expanding my palette, and incorporating new dishes into my repertoire. I take an idea and sharpen it on the corners of the globe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I found out about organised couchsurfing when friends accepted couchsurfers into their home. I gave my knowledge of the city and quickly befriended these travelling folk. I hope to join, encourage, and enhance this international community of Couchsurfers leading by example - a respectul participant and host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A large country like Australia affords many couchsurfing opportunities and I have often been the recipient of and provided a couch "offline". My experiences have varied from friends in Australian cities accommodating me for a couple of weeks, through to people met over a beer in outback Australia helping me drag a couch outside to escape the heat. I went "online" in NYC where I met Nora, Sam, and Eileen, who are some of the most open people around. A great and positive first international couchsurfing experience, which has been backed up on the european continent.
