ABOUT ME

Hello fellow Couchsurfers!

I'm D.J. and I want to meet you! I live off of traveling, sharing stories, revolutionary ideas, and a good meal created as a group.

I have a white boxer named Brooklynn. She is incredibly loving, well behaved, and a princess. She loves and wants to be loved, so if you can handle that, send a request!

If you are currently traveling through St. Louis, MO and are looking for a couch, I have the perfect accommodation. I live in a very "up and coming" neighborhood called Benton Park. I live less than a mile to amzing food, eclectic bars amd the Anheuser Busch Brewery...if you want to go on a pretty cool tour.

I live on the second floor of a 116 year old building that is full of character and history. I am currently remodeling it, so some pictures may differ from when you arrive. It is a large 2 bedroom loft with a living room, theater room, full kitchen, dining room, 1.5 baths, and a deck that views the brewery.

I will soon be opening a restaurant below, as well!

I have bikes to lend out and can show you the best local spots that STL has to offer.

Traveling, different cultures, story-telling, new friends...and the list could go on!

Interests

Wow, this could go for hours! I enjoy deep conversations, the idea of owning my own restaurant to entertain/feed others, trying new things without harming myself too much or others at all in the process, TRAVEL, I think the rest would be good for a conversation over a drink and/or meal...so let's plan it!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: This area is open. I tend to search the internet for the newest, no limit music availible. Movies; anything that won't make me feel as if I had wasted time, haha, hopefully that is descriptive enough. Books; currently on Tom Robbins.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Given up a restaurant of my own for a while to travel the earth...but now back in the restaurant game and opening late 2015/early 2016!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love bringing people out of their shell who are willing to. I am an individual with a ton of ideas and forms of inspiration to help others to follow things they are passionate about. I have plenty of knowledge for those travelling through St. Louis and will allow space to travel solo, if desired. I love this city and we love those passing through.
