Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world and become a little more open-minded to everything
ABOUT ME
I'm fairly content with doing whatever and easy-going. I like going for walks, bike rides, staying inside for a movie with a six pack of delicious beer, almost anything. I'm open to try new things. I started bicycling 7 years ago for fitness and quickly escalated to two big cycling tours in 2008 and 2010. Now that I've done some traveling, I can't get enough. I've been to central Mexico 6 times. I'm taking many people's advice and trying to see the world while I'm young. It gets difficult to do stuff for many when they're at retirement age. So, I'm seizing the opportunity while it's here.
PHILOSOPHY
If you live in fear, you're not living.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Offering my bed and maybe a home-cooked meal. If I stay at anyone's house, I can help clean and cook.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Thus far, it's been enlightening. This is such a great way to meet people and learn more about the world we live in.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy most movies. Surprisingly, I enjoy having subtitles so watching a movie in another language is no problem for me. I like alternative rock the best, but I have been known to listen to electronica, raggae, classical and others. When I read, it's usually a Car and Driver magazine.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've bicycled the United States border to border and coast to coast. I would have to say that driving through Mexico a few times has been an adrenaline rush.
